SHIPPING Policy

NOTICE: Please add a minimum of 1-2 days to your shipping expectations for holiday orders. Our warehouse operations are still fully functioning, but we have no control over how fast you receive your order once it has left our warehouse. 

How much is shipping? 

We charge a flat rate of $8.50 at the time of the writing of this policy but our fees may decrease, or increase based on our fee from our shipping partners.  (Holiday fees typically increase during the holidays). We promise to set our shipping rates to the bare minimum so that our customers can get the best deal on the discounted boutique items they love. 

Can you combine shipping? 

If you place an online order and an order for an item from one of our store's locations, we do not combine shipping fees.  You would be charged for shipping from multiple locations.  

Can I change the shipping address on my order? 

Once an order is placed it cannot be changed by the customer. However, we’ll do our best to make address changes prior to your order entering the shipment phase. Please immediately send an email (sweetsoutherngals@gmail.com) with the correct address and include "ADDRESS CHANGE FOR ORDER #" in the subject line along with your order number. 

What is the expected shipping time? 

We do our best to ship out orders within 1-2 business days. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the delivery date once the package leaves warehouse, however we pay for 3-5 day delivery programs.  Please check the shipping information in the item description, as some items may take up to 10 days deliver.

What can I do if the USPS has not delivered my order? 

Sweet Southern Gal's, LLC is not responsible for delays, damages or packages which are lost or marked as delivered. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the delivery service provider is responsible for delivery. For your convenience, we issue a tracking number for every order. Please contact the company with the tracking order if there is a problem. If you cannot resolve it, please reach out to us at sweetsoutherngals@gmail.com
