Our Return Policy

We pour our hearts into every piece we carry, and we want you to feel just as good wearing it. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help — just reach out first and we'll take care of you.

All returns must be pre-approved before you send anything back. Please reach out to us first so we can provide return instructions and confirm your return qualifies. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and cannot be issued store credit.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

– Unworn and unwashed — no signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, or makeup
– Original tags still attached
– Free from pet hair, smoke, or any odors
– No damage, stains, or alterations of any kind

Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to you at your expense.

7-Day Return Window

Your return must be received by us within 7 days of your delivery date. We recommend shipping with a trackable method right away so your return arrives within the window. Returns received after 7 days will not be accepted.

Store Credit Only

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds. Your store credit never expires and can be used on anything in the shop — in-store or online at sweetsoutherngals.com.

Shipping Is Non-Refundable

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage using a carrier with tracking and insurance for your protection.

Lost or Damaged Return Packages

Sweet Southern Gals is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit. Please keep your tracking information until your return has been confirmed received and processed.

Final Sale Items

Any item marked Final Sale at the time of purchase is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit — no exceptions. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
